We provide a range of options for Legal expenses, with or without Rent Guarantee Insurance.
PRODUCTS
All tenants must be referenced to an acceptable standard, and it is the responsibility of the policy holder to provide the necessary information in the event of a claim.
Legal Expenses & Rent Guarantee costs £52.50 for 6 months cover and £103.95 for 12 months. The policy will cover all tenants within the property.
Legal Expenses only costs just £39.90 per annum and all products are available on-line or via customer services on 0870 165 1090.
TENANT REFERENCING - It is a requirement of this policy, that the policy holder presents the following information in the event of a claim:
EITHER (For Professional Lets ONLY)
- 2 forms of identification from the tenant, one containing a clear photograph.
- Written employer reference, as proof of employment.
- A credit check, clear of CCJ’s, at the start of the tenancy.
OR (For Professional, Student and/or DSS Lets)
A full tenant reference from an approved referencing company.
